Today's Pic

Sunset over Daytona.
Daytona Boat Works in the foreground.

We came upon Aquamarina by accident.
Halifax Harbor, our usual stop in Daytona, was full. The manager there suggested we try Aquamarina... just next door.
We did and found a very nice, quirky/comical staff, who treated us very well. It's less crowded and much more sedate than Halifax. And... there's a great restaurant on-site... The Chart House.
This will be our first choice in Daytona from now on.

The wind is still howlin' like stink and out of the north. Vero Beach and Loggerhead Marina has been a nice respite and a great place to hunker down till this blow, blows away.

Adios,

Istaboa

  1. Hi Folks,

See you are in our harbor (Loggerhead Marina, Vero Beach). How long are you staying? Need a ride? If you are staying through Saturday we are going to the Farmer's Market on Saturday AM around 9AM if you are staying and would like to go along.

    1. Hey Guys,

That's very nice of you to offer and we would normally take you up on it, but we leave in the morning for Jupiter.
We really like it here and actually thought of changing our plans and sticking around, but circumstances led us to believe it would be better to head south and stick to plan A.
We walked by your boat today, but didn't see anyone.
      You have a beautiful boat.
If ever in the Jupiter/Palm Beach area give us a call it would be fun to meet.
